Prevention is cheaper than rehab. Our pre-season screening looks for measurable, changeable deficits rather than vague posture labels.
What we measure - Single-leg strength and symmetry (dynamometry where relevant) - Hamstring strength and length, hip abductor strength - Ankle dorsiflexion range — a common hidden limiter in squatting and landing - Landing and change-of-direction mechanics on video - Aerobic and repeat-sprint capacity as relevant to the sport - Training load history: sudden spikes are the strongest predictor of injury
What you get A short written report with your numbers, your top three risk areas, and a specific 8-12 week program you can run alongside your sport.
Best time to screen Pre-season, or 4-6 weeks before a competitive block. Book a screening and we will benchmark you against your sport's demands.
